Ministerial Care Offers Podcast and More
Excerpt from FAITH NEWS
Cleveland, TN–The Church of God Center for Ministerial Care (CMC) serves both active and retired ministers and their families by offering resources for care and personal growth. A ministry of the Division of Care for the Church of God, CMC offers a number of services and helps to ministers, laypersons, and their families.
CMC is perhaps best known for their counseling services through online/Zoom as well as in-house. Helping Hands assists with prescription medication for retired ministers and their widows in the Church of God, along with Spirit Care, which offers one-time assistance for emergency needs.
One of the more recent developments has been the production of a podcast for pastoral families, both outside and within the Church of God, called, “Pastoring on Purpose.” The podcasts are available on all popular platforms, and a video version will soon be on CMC’s YouTube page.
At the upcoming General Assembly in San Antonio next month, CMC will be providing charging stations, marked with the CMC logo, which will also have a QR code that can be scanned directly to the CMC podcasts.
Church of God Ministerial Care can be found on the popular social media sites, including Twitter and Facebook. CMC ministries can also be accessed by visiting the website, centerforministerialcare.com.
