The Ministries Department operates two Outreach Trailers outfitted with equipment that aids local churches in hosting community events. Renting the contents of the Outreach Trailer separately would cost at least $450 a day. We provide everything needed to host a block party for $350 per rental period ($100 refundable when trailer is returned with no damages and all items stored correctly.) *Effective 9/1/23

Church must inventory and inspect upon receipt and after usage
To tow, vehicle must have 2” hitch ball and standard light hook up
Trailers are housed at the State Office between reservations
Rental Fees
The total fee to rent an Outreach Trailer is $350
This includes a $100 refundable security deposit (when returned with no damage and all items stored correctly.)
The $350 fee is due when we confirm your reservation
Security deposits are refunded after a State Office rep reviews the inspection report
