Some Final Thoughts from Mark and Wanda Cary

Wanda and I wanted to take one final opportunity to express our thanks to the Virginia Church of God for allowing us to serve in this office for the past eleven years. We actually began our tenure as Directors of Youth and Discipleship on August 15, 2011 and ended our time as Director of Ministries and Credentialing Secretary on August 14, 2022. It has truly been a high honor for us to serve the constituency of the Commonwealth.

Thank you for being willing to support the various ministry endeavors that we have undertaken. Virginians have always gone above and beyond to make sure that ministry is carried out with excellence. Wanda and I would not have been able to accomplish anything without your assistance.

As we make the move to North Dakota and the North Central Regional Office, we would love the opportunity to stay in touch with you. Our prayers are with the Morgans, the Gores, and the Martins as they lead the Church of God in Virginia to achieve greater things than have been obtained in the past. I know that God is going to bless the ministry of the Church of God in Virginia in a dynamic way.

We aren’t saying goodbye to anyone at this point, but we are saying, “Until we see each other again.” Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers. We specifically ask that you pray for the establishment of new and strong relationships with the ministers and families of the North Central Region.
