Youth Camp: All The Details

Dear Pastors and Leaders,

As we prepare for Virginia Church of God Youth Camp 2026, we first want to say thank you.

We recognize the tremendous amount of work, preparation, organization, and responsibility that goes into bringing students to camp each summer. From collecting forms and registrations to coordinating transportation and helping students prepare spiritually, your investment into the next generation does not go unnoticed.

Because of that, we are excited to introduce a major improvement to this year’s camp arrival process designed specifically with pastors and leaders in mind.

NEW FOR 2026: FAST PASS CHECK-IN

To help create a smoother, quicker, and more organized arrival experience, we are now offering a Fast Pass Check-In option for churches whose students are fully paid before arriving at camp.

This new process is intended to help expedite check-in and reduce congestion during our busiest arrival windows.

With the Fast Pass option:

  • Leaders may check in their entire group at the designated Fast Pass Station.

  • Leaders will receive all student check-in cards at one time.

  • Groups may then proceed directly toward dorm check-in.

  • Medications can be dropped off quickly at the Nurse’s Station Trailer on the way to dorms.

Our desire is to help make your arrival experience easier, more efficient, and less stressful so you can focus on your students and ministry.

IMPORTANT ARRIVAL REMINDERS

• All medications must still be checked in at the Nurse’s Station Trailer.

• Parent or leader signatures are required for medication forms.

• No medications may remain in dorm rooms.

• Student shirts will already be placed in assigned cabins.

• Canteen cards will be distributed through Cabin Leaders.

Please also note:

⚠ No student room changes will be permitted during arrival.

Room changes may only take place after all students have completed check-in and with approval from the Head Dorm Leaders.
