What is Mentor1?

“The Mentor1 initiative exists to connect Godly leaders to God called Students. It is a “Long-term strategy for generational Impact.”

  • Help sharpen the Mentor to raise up leaders that will have a immediate and future impact.

  • Help churches reclaim the priority of raising up new young leaders.

  • Provide encouragement and suggestions for busy pastors in churches to be cultures of responding to God’s call for leadership ministry.

  • Help pastors and ministers see the opportunities to multiply their ministries by mentoring students to follow God’s call.

  • Help church leaders discover ways to encourage parents of young people who are hearing God’s call.

  • Give simple resources for mentoring students.
