Bishop Rick Whitter has served as the State Administrative Bishop for the Church of God in Pennsylvania since August 2022. Prior to his service in Pennsylvania, he served as Administrative Bishop in Illinois for 6 years and in Minnesota for 4 years. Prior to his administrative work, he and his wife Letha pastored 3 local churches in Minnesota and Florida for a total of 28 years. His time spent in the local church provides a shepherd’s heart as he is a Pastor to the Pastors and churches in the State where they serve.
