Full/Part Time Position:

Children’s Pastor

The Pulaski Church of God is looking to hire a Children’s Pastor Full/Part Time. 

The Ideal Candidate should have experience ministering to children and parents as well as having experience managing volunteers in this vital ministry.

Relating well with people of different ages and backgrounds is critical.

The Ministry Candidate will be expected to oversee all programming for children throughout the church.

This will include the following:

• Plan and oversee special events including VBS, Fall Festivals, Kidfest, Youth Camps, Christmas programs etc.

• Establish and maintain a security system that protects all children in our church’s care

• Manage all children’s ministry staff that work with children from Infancy through 5th grade.

• Learn emerging technologies that help engage more volunteers in the ministry of the church.

• Develop an annual budget for the children’s ministry and operate within the constraints of that budget.

• Review curriculum and ensure materials are consistent with church’s doctrine

• Always strive to have a balance of both Spiritual and Social activities for the kids

Our Children’s Pastor should have 3 years minimum of ministry experience. A Passion to teach and mentor children in Biblical Truth is essential. Maintain a commitment to the Mission of the Church, and a continued calling to Children’s Ministries
