Virginia’s Statewide Camp Meeting 2026
Good news!
Bishop Whitter has confirmed our lineup of distinguished Church of God leaders and visionaries that will be with us for this year’s Statewide Camp Meeting, “We Are Virginia Church of God,” June 16 – 19. After our recent Prayer Conference, we are eagerly looking forward to what God has in store for us at Camp Meeting, a week of celebrating in ministry.
Tuesday Night Evening Service
Valley Church
Tuesday Night, starting at 6:30 PM, will be a night of Celebrating Virginia Ministers and Pastors. This first night of Camp Meeting will be held at Valley Church in Roanoke, where we will host an after-service fellowship & celebration with light refreshments for everyone. We will have our Ordination ceremony, CAMS & MIP graduates recognition, Memorial Service, and Double Honor Presentations on Tuesday night. We will also have some of our very own Virginia leaders sharing in the Word during our worship service.
Wednesday – Friday
Parkway Church on the Mountain
For the remainder of Camp Meeting week, we will hold all our services at the Parkway Church on the Mountain on Route 460 in Roanoke. Wednesday – Friday mornings, starting at 10:00 AM, Dr. Darrell and Pauline Waller will be our guest speakers, sharing in Bible teaching and mentoring. These dynamic leaders and former pastors need no introduction here in Virginia. With their recent retirement and move out of state, we look forward to having them back home with us as they share their experiences from more than 40 years of ministry.
The following will be our special guest speakers for our evening services (6:30 PM nightly), starting with Wednesday night– Dr. Tom Madden, Secretary General (Church of God), Thursday night– Pastor Amy McGlamery, Pastor of Women’s Ministries & Youth (N. Cleveland COG), and Friday night– Dr. Tim Hill, Tennessee State Administrative Bishop.
With this lineup of leaders and visionaries, you do not want to miss a morning or even one night of celebrating in ministry.
Calling All Youth
Be a part of the Friday Night Youth Choir! Put it on your calendar, Youth Choir Rehearsal begins at 4:00 PM on Friday, June 19, and they will lead us in worship during the 6:30 PM service on Friday.
