Funeral for David Shortridge, Brother of Rebecca Elkins, Pastor's Wife of Grundy COG

We extend our condolences to Rebecca Elkins for the recent passing of her brother, David Shortridge. Rebecca is the wife of Douglas Elkins, Pastor of Grundy Church of God.

Funeral services for David Arthur Shortridge will be held at the Appalachian School of Pharmacy, Oakwood, VA October 23, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with pastors Mickey Hale, Robert Deel, and Danny Hess officiating. Burial will follow in the Mountain Valley Memorial Park, Big Rock, VA.

The family will receive friends at the Shortridge-Ramey Funeral Home Chapel of Keen Mountain, Sunday October 22, 2023, after 6:00 p.m. with evening service to be held at 7:00 p.m.
