Funeral for Dillard Wayne Akers, Father of Pam Smith of Childress

We have received word at the State Office of the passing of Dillard Wayne Akers, Father of Pam Smith who is the Pastor’s Wife of Childress Church of God.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2024 in the Maberry Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Ambrose Cox Cemetery with Military Rites by the Seymour Johnson Air Force Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Friday, July 5, 2024 at the funeral home.
