Visitation will be Friday, July 28 from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM at Encounter Church of God in Fredericksburg. (12240 5 Mile Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407)

Funeral services will follow on Friday at 10:30 AM at Encounter COG.
