2022 MINISTERS MEETING - What to expect

WHAT TO EXPECT

MONDAY night, October 3, starting at 7:00 PM there will be a worship service at Valley Church in Roanoke. During that time we will hear from Bishop Toby S. Morgan, our new Administrative Bishop as he shares about his vision for the next four years in Virginia. Following this meeting you will pick up a Ministers Contact Form that will need to be completed and returned on Tuesday.

TUESDAY, October 4, Registration will begin at 8:00 AM. We ask that you plan to arrive early because there will be a 3-part registration process upon arrival as you prepare for the business session. Note the following steps that will be a part of registration that morning:

Needs assessment

Receive and fill out the Church Needs Assessment Tuesday upon arrival. Remember Registration begins at 8:00 AM

Packets

Turn in Church Needs Assessment form to receive your Ministers Meeting Packet and the Ministers List.

Keypad

The Ministers Contact Form that you will receive Monday night after the closing of our worship service, must be completed and turned in to receive your keypad. (Copies will be available for those unable to attend Monday night.)

After these three steps during registration—you will be ready to vote.
