Meet our Virginian WEB-Based format

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news with you: THE VIRGINIAN has received a makeover with a brand-new user-friendly layout and format.

Why the change?

Our aim is to present to you the same useful content while cutting some of the expenses. The goal is to do so without changing the fundamental information you look for each quarter like encouraging articles from your state staff, upcoming state sponsored events, as well as stats on local churches.

Previously, you were able to flip between pages on-screen as if the magazine was printed while viewing on your desktop computer. Now it is simply in a webpage format that you may view on a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.

By streamlining the layout, you are able to view the full contents of each page quickly by “clicking” the individual image for each page displayed in the grid.

how do you navigate the pages?

As you click each icon for the individual pages, read through that page; and on the bottom right you will see a “link” for the next page of the magazine. On the bottom left, you will see a “link” to the previous page.

When you open a linked table (like ‘New Members’ or the church stats pages), the data will open in a “new tab” for viewing. When done with that table you can still get back to the sequence by going to the previous tab on your browser.

Still want to print?

We still provide an option to print the content. Click to our “printer-friendly” PDF using this link: Past Virginians Webpage The most recent copy available will always be at the top of that list for download.
